2026 Mental Health Summit

Returning to yourself

Join us for a day of reflection, connection, and community at the 2026 Mental Health Summit, where we invite Black, Indigenous, and People of Color to return to themselves through shared stories, movement, conversation, and collective care.

Throughout the day, participants will experience storytelling, somatic practices, centered discussion groups, mindful connection, and practical wellness tools designed to support healing in ways that honor our lived experiences. Together, we’ll create space to slow down, reconnect, and explore what it means to care for ourselves and one another.

Whether you’re a community member, practitioner, advocate, leader, or simply seeking a space to pause and reconnect, you’re warmly invited to join us.

Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.
